Staff Rater is a Discord bot and lightweight web dashboard designed to help communities manage staff ratings, tickets, applications, leaderboards, and profiles. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account basics: Discord user ID, username, and avatar when you sign in with Discord.
• Server settings: selected channels/roles, feature toggles, forms, and preferences you configure.
• Operational logs: basic request metadata (timestamps, endpoint, IP city/ASN) for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookies/local storage: session tokens and consent preferences for a smoother experience.

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies/local storage for authentication and preferences. If you accept our banner, we also load Google AdSense/ads scripts which may use cookies or local storage to measure effectiveness and, where allowed, personalize ads. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data or using your browser settings.

How we use data

Legal bases & your rights

Depending on your region, we process data under legitimate interests and/or your consent (for ads/analytics). Data retention & security

Children

Staff Rater is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your region). Do not use the service if you are under the minimum age or if your server is primarily for children.
